Addiction support workshop with addiction expert Dr. Gabor Mate to learn about his compassionate inquiry approach in treating all types of addiction. The workshop will consititue of the doctor providing support for those wishing to heal from addiction. Then, Ashira Darwish will conduct a session to identify physical tools in active meditation that help regulate the nervous system during recovery from addiction.
